Guided tours

The Volhynian Resettlement Museum offers guided tours for groups and individuals. Using ethnographic artifacts, photographs, and documents, we explore the history of the Volhynian Germans from the mid-19th century through their resettlement in Mecklenburg in the postwar period.
Depending on the visitors’ prior knowledge and interests, the tours last between 30 and 60 minutes. For school groups, we offer age-appropriate tours as part of our educational programs.
We offer guided tours
- year-round on Wednesdays and
- from May through the end of September, additionally on Saturdays and Sundays between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
English-language tours are available upon request.
If you would like to visit the museum or take a tour outside of our regular hours, please send us a message via the contact form. We will then get in touch with you immediately.
